Sylvie is a folk herbalist, biologist, and earth keeper. She grew up picking berries and herbs in the European countryside, where she also began her journey as an herbalist. While human schools taught her biology, forest ecology, traditional herbalism, holistic healing, and sacred plant medicine, Sylvie never stopped learning with and from the plants themselves. She founded Wildwood Spirit to help people reconnect with plants and to share the healing and wisdom of these beautiful beings through handcrafted herbal medicines and heart-centered educational experiences.
