Sylvie Binette is passionate about Yukon plants and the story they tell. This long-time Yukoner, holds an MSc in biology and has worked at connecting people to places through interpretive walks, exhibits and cooking. Over the last five years, Sylvie has been committed to foraging and cooking with wild edibles with the goal to innovate, to connect, and to create dishes that speak of Yukon terroir.
