There will be a total of 60 persons at the festival this year, so a limited but specific crowd of plant enthusiasts. Please have your table fully set up by 10am and do not begin take down until 6pm. We ask vendors to be at their booth at the 3 indicated "Plant Fair" time slots in the schedule, the rest of the time they can enjoy the activities! For more details on the activities and presenters, please visit the Festival Page.

The Plant Fair will consist of 8 vendors who sell products centered on plants. Each vendor will have a 3 ft table space on shared 6 ft tables. Tents, tables and chairs will be provided, but plan on bringing a tablecloth.

Vendor line up: Katy Felt & Fibre, The North Within, Maeva Wild Foods, Aurore Favier, Mark Brown and Wildwood Spirit.

Vendor pass is $93 ($80 ticket + $10 booth reservation + $3 payment processing fee). Unfortunately, we can only accommodate 1 person per vendor pass (no helpers or children), but volunteers will be available to help you set up and take down.

Venue

The festival will be held at the Herbal Hearth, an off-grid home and venue located an hour south of Whitehorse in Mount Lorne, at km 22.7 Annie Lake Road. Cell phone reception is limited in the area, so make sure you save the directions below. Plan to arrive by 9am to have time to set your table up and be ready by 10am.

Though cell phone reception is limited, wifi will be available for payment processing.

Tents, tables, and chairs will be provided and you will be able to park within walking distance from the Plant Fair.

Most of the activities will be held outdoors, on and around the private property, so we invite you to bring lots of layers for changing weather! And be sure to bring good foot wear for the plant walks.

Dogs are not allowed on the property, so make sure to leave your animal friend at home. There will be two outhouses on site for your use. Herbal refreshments will be provided and lunch will be available for purchase from Chickadee Wagon Farm Food Truck if you haven't packed food! We invite you to bring your own cutlery and travel mugs to help reduce waste.

Directions from the Alaska Highway:

1. Turn on the South Klondike Highway and travel towards Carcross for 15 km.

2. Turn right onto the Annie Lake Rd and travel 22.7 km.

3. When you arrive at The Far Side Rd turn left onto the road and continue down the rest of the way (1.5 km) following the festival signs.

4. There will be volunteers on site to show you where to park and where to find your Plant Fair table.
