Workshop - Menstruum Madness
In this workshop students will experience menstruums. Much like a wine tasting they will taste a variety of tinctures made from various menstruums. They will be encouraged to match the menstruum to the herb in terms of taste, purpose, potency and preference.
Plant Walk - Dreaming Your Garden
This workshop focuses on matching your land and climate with your dream garden ideas and plants. Students will be invited to visualize the land, water, soil fertility, and climate they have to the plants they want to grow. From tomatoes to basil, from seed to harvest, from dream to reality, participants will create their dream garden.
